Town of Nolensville Fire Station #1

This project involved the construction of a 18,153-square-foot fire station on a 3.5-acre site to enhance emergency response capabilities in Nolensville, Tennessee. The facility features four apparatus bays, a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) room, a physical agility space, mezzanine storage, a dedicated training room, and a work/study area. Designed with firefighter functionality in mind, the station also includes a kitchen with a coffee bar, 10 private bunk rooms with associated living spaces, and durable CMU masonry walls with structural steel framing. The roof consists of a metal deck with an insulated membrane roof assembly to ensure long-term performance.

In addition to the building itself, the project included extensive sitework, incorporating bioretention ponds, as well as drive lanes, driveways, and parking areas to support efficient operations.
