This is one of many projects Nabholz is proud to have completed on this active campus. This complete renovation included demolition of all existing interior finishes, doors, and mechanical systems. This scope of work updated mechanical systems and plumbing fixtures throughout, all dormitory rooms, restrooms, and ancillary spaces, as well as the removal and installation of new Ludowici clay tile roof, renovation of existing landscaping, and installation of an updated HVAC system.
