Voice of Martyrs is a non-profit organization that serves persecuted Christians around the world. In November of 2022, they began renovating the south wing of their Bartlesville, OK location, as well as adding a two-story administration building to the campus.
Nabholz performed the following scope for the project as construction manager:
- Individual and open office spaces
- Conference and huddle meeting spaces
- Breakrooms
- Catering kitchen
- Commercial pantry
- Security office
- Secured entries
- Renovation of existing 3,000 square feet for hub entrance
- Restrooms
- Two 50-foot aluminum pedestrian bridges for surrounding pond
- Significant landscaping improvements, including relocation and diversion of creek and installations of grass-paved fire lane
