The R.C. Dickenson Family YMCA in Broken Arrow provides athletic facilities and activities for the local community. The addition of the Kneale Family Aquatic Center now allows for lap swimming, water activities, and more outdoor athletic options. With 11,642-square-feet of pool and deck area, there was room to include two 80-foot lap lanes, a 3,500-square-foot pool, waterslide, kids’ area with spray water features, and ramp access for wheelchairs. Project aesthetics included ceramic tile edges and accents, a fabric shade structure, and Kool Deck concrete surfacing. A 875-square-feet pump house was also added.
