Preconstruction

Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)
During estimating and preconstruction, we establish a VDC and technology execution plan that is incorporated into the project master plan based on our customer’s needs. The model is used during preconstruction for supplier and subcontractor coordination, scheduling assistance, and visual aids for both general contractors and owners.
