During his senior year of high school, Kris also attended a vo-tech college to study masonry.
Kris earned an associate degree for Construction Technology from Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee.
Kris started his Nabholz career as a carpenter.
Ready to advance his skills and career, Kris took part in Nabholz’ Superintendent Development Program, which advanced key field personnel into future field management positions.
After proving both his skills and ability to manage, Kris was promoted to a job site superintendent.
Through classroom and practical application experiences, the Nabholz LEAD program is designed to develop advanced leadership skills.
Kris completed his 30-hour OSHA certification training.
