Lenexa, KS – Nabholz Construction Services is pleased to announce its selection as Construction Manager @ Risk for USD 490 in El Dorado, Kansas. The project includes construction of a new middle school and a new elementary school.  Both projects are being designed by PKHLS Architecture of El Dorado.

In November, El Dorado passed a $36 million bond issue to fund the construction of the new schools. Nabholz was selected over ten other contractors submitting qualifications with a unanimous decision from El Dorado’s Board of Education. The Board based their decision upon Nabholz’ experience and the expertise of the project team submitted.
