Lenexa, KS – Nabholz Construction Services was recently selected by USD 365 in Garnett Kansas to serve as Construction Manager @ Risk for the new elementary school, which will combine students from two existing schools into one facility.
Voters passed a $14 million school bond issue in November to fund construction of 67,000-square-foot elementary school which will accomodate approximately 500 students.
Construction is expected to begin in the spring with completion slated for August 2012. The school was designed by Hollis & Miller Architects of Overland Park.
