Admiral Moving & Logistics, Inc.’s new office and distribution facility consists of a 50,744-square-foot pre-engineered metal building, split into 45,700 feet of warehouse storage space and 5,044 square feet of office space spread out over two stories.
The northern bay of the pre-engineered metal building serves as the office area, with a main entry featuring 22-foot ceilings, individual offices, open office area, drivers’ lounge featuring solid glass storefront on the two exterior walls, separate restroom facilities for office staff and drivers, an owner’s office suite on the 2nd floor, and conditioned storage on the 2nd floor mezzanine.
The remaining building is a single story warehouse for customer storage featuring 24 feet of stacked storage vaults. The warehouse also includes an interior loading dock.
