Arvest Bank hired Nabholz to construct a new two-story branch on Chenal Parkway in Little Rock, providing a more convenient location for customers in that area. Construction took just over a year, beginning in October 2023 and completing in August 2024.
The project scope included:
- Two story structural steel building composed of masonry, storefront glass, fiber cement cladding, and drywall partitions
- Roof made of 30 mil FleeceBACK TPO with V-Force
- 1st floor (10,000 square feet) laid out like a typical Arvest branch
- 2nd floor (15,000 square feet) consisting of conference rooms, a training room, and shared offices for alternate services like financial planning
- Two stop elevators
- Mostly carpet flooring, with tiles in the main lobby and restrooms
- Power over Ethernet light fixtures
- Manual roller shades
- Generator installation
