Farm Credit’s new headquarters in Russellville, Arkansas, was designed to do more than house an office — it was built to inspire the people who serve the state’s rural communities. Situated along the Illinois Bayou, the 17,797-square-foot facility offers a modern, functional and welcoming environment that reflects the organization’s agricultural roots, commitment to service, and their connection to the land.
Nabholz performed the following scope for the project:
- Training rooms
- Conference rooms
- Boardroom
- Offices and open office space
- Common area with full kitchen
- Gymnasium
- File room that also serves as a storm-safe room
- Outdoor patio with fire pit
- Walking trails and picnic area along the river
- On-site commercial septic system with future city sewer option
- Turnkey delivery including FFE, artwork, audiovisual, security, and interior plantings
