Nabholz’s utility team delivered a complex, large-scale heavy civil utility relocation project designed to strengthen Fayetteville’s infrastructure while maintaining service continuity in one of the city’s most populated corridors. With decades of existing infrastructure beneath the surface, this project presented numerous challenges with conflicting records, undocumented utilities, and varying soil conditions. Our team utilized advanced locating technology, phased construction, and strategic trenchless methods to install nearly 2,000 LF of underground boring. These solutions minimized surface disturbance, protected existing piping, and reduced impact to traffic and surrounding businesses.
