Our House, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless families and individuals, hired Nabholz to expand its Little Rock campus. Our team constructed a new Family House, Family Support Center, and parking lots for the campus.
The new Family House is 8,000 square feet and consists of 14 family units, which include bedrooms and bathrooms. The building also has a common area, kitchen, dining room, laundry area, and support staff offices.
The 19,984-square-foot Family Support Center is a two-floor wood-framed building with structural steel columns supporting it. It has 58 rooms spanning the two levels, with office space for administration and support staff; a small clinic and therapy areas; and spaces for continuing education, Pre-K, and after-school programs.
Our team also added new parking lots to the campus, which provides 48 new spaces, driveways, and a new front entrance.
