Peake Elementary School

The Arkadelphia School District received approval for ADE Building Partnership Funding in May of 2022. With this funding, the districts renovated the Peak Elementary School building for students. The 83,048-square-foot-building is located on the campus of the original Peake campus location.  

Nabholz performed the following scope for the project as construction manager:  

  • Administration offices  
  • 35 classrooms and self-contained classrooms 
  • Art and music room  
  • Conference room 
  • Multipurpose area with rubber flooring  
  • Three basketball courts with 88 retractable seat bleachers  
  • Commercial kitchen and cafeteria with food service line  
  • Stage in cafeteria  
  • Media center with an outdoor seating area  
  • Nurse’s office  
  • Teacher work rooms  
  • Support area 
  • Storage rooms  
  • Restrooms  
  • Playground with 38,000-square-foot area  
  • Secured entrances  
  • 118 parking spots  

The project began in November 2017 and was completed in March 2019.
