Queen Wilhelmina State Park Lodge is one of the four hotel-like lodges administered by the State Parks Division of the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism. Nabholz served as construction manager for this addition and renovation to the existing lodge. This project’s scope consisted of:
- New guest rooms
- Dining and common areas
- Kitchen upgrade
- Lobby with fireplace
- HVAC, fire sprinkler, and MEP
- Exterior landscaping and asphalt paving
- New finishes, masonry and stonework, wood windows, doors and hardware, millwork and architectural trims, and drywall and acoustical
- Storefronts
- Fiberglass siding, asphalt shingle roofing, wood framing
- AV system
