Nabholz performed this major renovation project, designed by Lewis Architects Engineers, to take Ridge Road Elementary School from outdated to state of the art. Our project team executed the nearly 75,000-square-foot remodel and constructed an additional 6,000 square feet of new space. Nabholz brought the building up to code, updating all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as making the school handicapped-accessible. We completely renovated the school’s cafeteria and gym and transformed classrooms and new common areas, aka “discovery areas,” with state-of-the-art equipment, furnishings, and technology. We also added a new drop-off area and library, featuring a media center and computer lab. The project also included safety and security improvements throughout.
