School of the Osage Bond Program

School of the Osage selected Nabholz as their construction manager for a $21.4 million bond program in 2018, which included renovations and additions to the elementary, middle, and high schools, along with construction of a new 20,000-square-foot early childhood center.

Improvements to the Upper Elementary campus included a 116,000-square-foot parking lot, secure vestibule to increase campus security, and minor renovations. At Heritage Elementary, Nabholz completed a playground expansion and addition of a service elevator. Osage Middle School received updated seating, lighting, fencing, and parking for the school’s athletic facilities. At the High School, updates and additions included construction of a new 8,500-square-foot technology building and a new 9,500-square-foot field house, and renovations to the auditorium, gymnasium and locker rooms, kitchen, business labs, and choir and band rooms.
