Nabholz worked with the University of Central Arkansas to build this 122,000-square-foot residential building. The five-story, quad-style Bear Residential Hall houses 385 beds, three seminar rooms, two apartments, a lobby area with a kitchen, a laundry room, and study rooms. The fifth-floor is comprised of twelve 20-person skyboxes overlooking Estes Stadium, where local businesses and families can cheer on the Bears. This project is LEED® Silver Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
