As part of the City of Rogers’ Downtown Revitalization Plan, the S. Arkansas Street roadway improvement project aimed to make downtown Rogers more walkable, bikeable, and livable. The project scope included:
- Selective site demolition
- Earthwork
- Stamped concrete walkways and intersections
- Re-pave roadway
- 5,880 LF of roadway and water, sewer, and storm utilities
- Multi-use trail construction
- Landscaping
- Site electrical
- Traffic signals
