The City of Rogers hired Nabholz for improvements to 13th Street. The 13th Street project focused on repairing deteriorating roadways to enhance the local transportation infrastructure of Rogers, AR, and to ensure long-term durability and safety.  

The following was completed in the project scope with Nabholz as the project manager:  

• 460,000 square feet   
• A new roundabout that was installed at a critical intersection improving traffic flow and reducing congestion 
• A new multi-use trail system spanning over 8,500 LF was constructed to provide safer and more accessible routes for pedestrians, cyclists, and families traveling between local housing communities and nearby schools  
• 1,985 LF of waterline  
• 1,109 LF of sewer line  
• 9,250 SY of multi-use concrete trail  
• 4,500 tons of asphalt paving
