Nabholz was the construction manager for the City of Rogers’ Railyard Park and roadway improvements projects. Our civil team self-performed all six projects designed to bring the historic downtown area up to modern standards and prepare it to last for generations to come. During construction, Nabholz collaborated with numerous adjacent property owners and stakeholders to ensure easy jobsite access and minimize interruptions to ongoing business operations. Across all improvements, we performed the following scope of work:
- 45,000 cubic yards of earthwork, site demo, and erosion control
- 5 miles of water lines
- 1 mile of sewer lines
- 9,908 linear feet of paving
- 2 miles of storm drainage
