City of Rogers Pleasant Grove Road Extension

The City of Rogers hired Nabholz for a four-lane extension of Pleasant Grove Road from Arkansas 112 to Sloan Circle with a bridge over Osage Creek. This project included lighting, a section of retaining wall, and a precast 150’ golf cart tunnel. Nabholz worked with subcontractors and the City of Rogers to develop a process for stamping concrete using saw cuts, which is now a process used on all Rogers roundabouts.

The following was completed under the project scope with Nabholz as the construction manager:

  • Two roundabouts on the eastern side of the project
  • 24′ water line adjacent to the road improvements and a parallel 10′ force main to increase capacity on the west side of the city.
  • 250,000+ CY of earth moved
  • 500+ feet of storm sewer
  • 34,000+ feet of curb and gutter
  • 8,141 feet of waterline
  • 4,376 feet of sewer
