The City of Tulsa needed to upgrade and expand an existing flow equalization basin. The Nabholz civil team provided services including demotion, substantial earthwork, new concrete structures, a new parking area, environmentally friendly lighting, and new pavement.

The scope of work also included the installation of three new underground valve vaults, new telemetry and process controls, upgrades to an existing lift station, installation of new manholes and various ductile iron yard piping. A portion of the heavily traveled Riverside Bike Trail was relocated during the project as well.
