Northside Christian Church hired Nabholz to serve as their construction manager at risk for a significant addition and renovation project to expand the church’s capacity so they could accommodate their entire congregation. Nabholz began construction in October 2018 and completed the project in October 2020.
This church construction project included:
- New 1,000-seat worship center with an unfinished balcony capable of holding an additional 500 seats
- Expanded entrance
- 172 additional parking spaces
- Covered drop-off lane
- Remodel of the existing space to expand the children’s area
- New youth building attached to the main building
