Sacred Heart Sanctuary and Elementary School Classroom Addition

A 2,000 sq ft vestibule and restroom addition with a 2,500 sq ft covered drive was added to the church. Minor renovation in the existing church vestibule included concrete, masonry, steel and wood framing, architectural shingle roof, interior finishes, doors, frames, hardware, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

The elementary school received 11,300 sq ft, 5 classroom addition. Corridors are of hardened structure for a storm shelter with CMU walls and a concrete deck. The classroom scope of work includes CMU and brick veneer, a wood framed roof structure with metal roof, interior finishes, severe weather doors, frames, hardware, lay-in ceilings, metal studs & drywall, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
