Drury Enterprise Center

As Drury University’s first major academic building in over 20 years, the Enterprise Center is a key addition to student learning. The facility houses high-tech collaborative spaces for the Breech School of Business, Department of Political Science and International Affairs, and other related academic programs.

UMKC Foodiverse dining hall

University of Missouri - Kansas City Foodiverse

An upgrade to UMKC’s campus dining experience, the Foodiverse remodel project updated MEP systems, added diverse dining options, and refreshed flooring and wall finishes. The renovation aimed to create a cohesive and functional space to enhance daily student life on campus.

University of Missouri Memorial Stadium Turf Replacement

The University of Missouri entrusted Nabholz with upgrading Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium to high-performance turf. The project had an accelerated schedule to ensure student athletes would play on a state-of-the-art field for the upcoming Spring semester.

Hillcrest High School

The Springfield community approved a bond issue for facility improvements districtwide. Hillcrest High School’s renovation and addition were part of this bond, allowing the district to address security concerns, expand classroom capabilities, and add a secure connection to the school’s gymnasium.  

Williams Elementary School

As part of a bond issue for districtwide facility improvements, Springfield School District’s Williams Elementary was demolished and rebuilt to better accommodate student and faculty needs. The new school was constructed by Nabholz to include a pre-cast storm shelter, outdoor basketball court, tie-in with existing library, and more.

Marshall Intermediate School

Designed as a state-of-the-art facility to open creative opportunities for students, Marshall Intermediate School is a new educational facility for Marshall Public Schools. The two-story school allows students to learn in open, collaborative settings and get active in the gymnasium with a tournament-capable court.

Fort Osage School District Master Plan

The Fort Osage School District community approved a bond issue for district-wide improvements on the district’s master plan. Nabholz served as construction manager for a variety of projects, including upgrades, renovations, expansions, and new construction.
