Nabholz’ civil group performed an extensive development of infrastructure and complete job site preparation for the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.
The project scope included clearing the initial site on the 110-acre expanse in a forested ravine approximately a half mile from downtown Bentonville. A stream — fed by over 500 acres of drainage — runs through the site and had to be temporarily diverted during the entire construction process. Site utilities and retention ponds were also completed for the project.
