This three-story project houses various functions and programs in the university’s Art Department.  The building houses classrooms and studios for the Visual Arts and Applied Design areas, 13 faculty offices, two galleries, three administrative offices, conference room, and lecture hall. Site work included landscape, sculpture garden, parking, sidewalks, a plaza area, as well as an outdoor studio space for applied design. This project is pursuing LEED® Gold certification.
